Garden Fencing in Fleet

Garden fencing has to do a few jobs at once: keep the garden private, mark the boundary clearly and stand up to wind without leaning. We supply and fit timber fence panels, closeboard and feather edge fencing, privacy fencing, side gates and wooden garden gates.

A level, straight fence line changes the whole feel of a garden, and it is usually the first thing you notice when you step out of the back door.

Overlap and lap panels are the practical, cost-effective choice for straightforward boundaries. Tongue and groove panels are heavier, more solid and give a smarter finish where the fence is on show. Trellis-topped panels add height and let light and climbing plants through.

We fit all of them with posts set firmly and gravel boards at the base where useful. Concrete posts and gravel boards are worth considering in Fleet gardens where the ground stays damp, because they keep the timber clear of the wettest soil.

Plenty of Fleet gardens still have the fencing that went in when the house was built. If two panels have blown out but the posts are sound, we will happily swap just those and match the existing style.

Where the whole run has come to the end of its life, we will quote for removing and disposing of everything old and installing a full new garden fence in one visit. If you want maximum privacy, it is worth looking at closeboard fencing as well as panels.
